1. General Terms
1.1 Musafir Consultants provides consultancy services related to jobs, education, visas, immigration, business setup, and investment opportunities.
1.2 We act as facilitators for documentation and advisory services but do not guarantee any approvals or outcomes from embassies, employers, universities, or government authorities.
1.3 By engaging our services, you confirm that you understand and accept the risks involved, including the possibility of visa refusals, job placements not materializing, or changes in immigration policies beyond our control.
2. Limitation of Liability
2.1 Musafir Consultants shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to visa refusals, delays, employment disputes, or loss of business opportunities.
2.2 We are not responsible for the originality, authenticity, or validity of any documents submitted by the client. Any legal consequences resulting from forged, altered, or fraudulent documents are the sole responsibility of the client.
2.3 Visa approvals and immigration decisions are at the sole discretion of the respective embassies, immigration authorities, or government bodies. We do not influence or guarantee the issuance of any visa, permit, or residency status.
3. Client Responsibilities
3.1 Clients must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the consultation and application process.
3.2 Any false, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the client may lead to application rejection, legal consequences, or a ban from future applications.
3.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring that all documents submitted comply with the requirements of the respective authorities.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Fees paid for consultancy and processing services are generally non-refundable, except as outlined below.
4.2 If a refund is requested, it may be partially refundable after deducting expenses incurred for documentation, consultation, administrative processing, and service charges.
4.3 Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 10 Calendar days of the payment date, along with proof of payment and a valid reason for the request.
4.4 No refunds will be provided in cases where:
- The application is rejected due to client-provided false or incomplete information.
- The client changes their mind after services have already commenced.
- External factors (e.g., government policy changes, force majeure events) impact processing.
5. Service Limitations
5.1 Musafir Consultants does not provide legal representation or act as an immigration lawyer. Our services are strictly for consultancy and facilitation.
5.2 We do not guarantee job placements, university admissions, or investment success, as final decisions rest with third-party entities.
5.3 Clients acknowledge that visa processing times and requirements may vary and are subject to changes by the respective embassies or authorities.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
6.1 We value client confidentiality and take reasonable measures to protect personal information in compliance with data protection laws.
6.2 However, we are not liable for any data breaches, cyber-attacks, or unauthorized access by third parties.
7. Modifications & Amendments
7.1 Musafir Consultants reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
8.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of UAE.
8.2 Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to arbitration or the jurisdiction of the courts in UAE.
